We encourage starting and existing entrepreneurs who wish to establish a new business or expand an existing one, to consider applying for financing with us. Korpodeko has over 30 years of experience in analyzing projects and processing loan requests to offer suitable financing solutions to our clients.

Intake appointment

We understand and create room for projects to grow and bloom into sound businesses and are invested in offering financing that supports that process. Loan application

To makes things easier we have designed a loan application form and our Business Outline Sheet that will help you structure your ideas and will help us get a clearer picture of your plan. For amounts up to ANG 50,000.00 this will suffice accompanied by a number of standard documents your Development Manager will require to be able to process your application. For amounts exceeding ANG 50,000.00 you will have to submit a Business Plan covering all aspects of the business you would like to have Korpodeko finance.

Documents and information

If you are applying for a loan as a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) or if you are applying as a bus driver (up to 9 pass) or taxi driver, we request the following information and documents to be submitted:

  1. Brief Business Plan (for amounts exceeding ANG 50,000.00) or completed and signed Korpodeko Business Outline Sheet
  2. Curriculum Vitae
  3. Duly filled out and signed Net Worth Statement (to be done at Korpodeko)
The following documents to be copied and authenticated at Korpodeko
  1. Valid ID (not to expire within 6 months)
  2. Valid residence permit, if applicable
  3. Original salary slip over last two months
  4. Original bank statement over last two months
    This bank statement should reflect:
    1. Salary of last two months
    2. Rent or mortgage payment of last two months
    3. Loan / Credit card / other debt payment of last two months
  5. Loan/ Credit Card / Other debt Statement of last two months
  6. Original Extract of the Commercial Registry of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (not older than 3 months), if applicable
  7. Financial statements over the last 3 fiscal years, if applicable
  8. Tax Authority Statement (Debiteuren uitdraai)
If applicable as collateral offered:
  1. Copy of appraisal report of real property to be pledged as collateral (not older than 12 months) – please request our preferred appraisers’ list
  2. Copy of valid motor vehicle inspection certificate
  3. Copy of valid motor vehicle tax receipt
  4. Original bank statement of funds & securities to be pledged

If the loan is applied for by a legal entity such as a Private (BV) or Public (NV) Limited Liability Company or a Private Foundation (SPF), we request the following information and documents to be submitted:

  1. Business Plan including Cash Flow projection (for facilities exceeding ANG 50,000) or completed and signed Korpodeko Business Outline Sheet
  2. Curriculum Vitae of Directors / Representing Board members
  3. Original Extract of the Commercial Register of the Chamber of Commerce (not older than 3 months)
The following documents to be copied and authenticated at Korpodeko:
  1. Valid ID of Directors with a minimum of 10% shares / Representing Board members (not to expire within 6 months)
  2. Certified statement of authority
  3. Articles of Incorporation
  4. Shareholder’s register (must be up to date)
  5. Relevant business / operating permits
  6. (Audited) Financial statements over the last 3 fiscal years, if applicable
  7. Specified overview of outstanding debt (Loans, Payment Arrangements, SVB, Taxes)
  8. Bank statements over last 3 months
If applicable as collateral offered:
  1. Copy of appraisal report of real property to be pledged as collateral (not older than 12 months) – please request our preferred appraisers’ list
  2. Original bank statement of funds & securities to be pledged
  3. Statement of investment account of shares or bonds to be pledged
Upon approval:
  1. Original Bank Reference letter of the legal entity

Process

Once all the relevant information has been submitted your Development Manager will process your request and present the application to Korpodeko Management for approval and where applicable further presentation to and approval by the Korpodeko Board. Sometimes additional information may be requested to make an informed decision on an application. The client will be duly informed and instructed by our Development Managers.

If your financing request is approved, funds will be disbursed once the conditions set forth in the approval and credit agreement are complied with. It is our policy to pay suppliers and other service providers directly upon receipt of invoices.

Costs

Korpodeko charges the following fees:

  1. Administration fee: ANG 175.00 for loans up to ANG 75,000.00
  2. Administration fee: ANG 350.00 for loans exceeding ANG 75,000.00
  3. Please check with your Development Managers for administration fees on large loans exceeding ANG 1,000,000.00.
  4. Closing fee: 1% of loan amount with a minimum of ANG 250.00.
  5. All fees are subject to 6% OB.

For loans up to ANG 75,000.00 the fees will be added to the loan amount. For loans exceeding ANG 75,000.00 the borrower will have to pay the fee in advance as part of borrower’s own input unless otherwise agreed to with the client and approved by Korpodeko.
